*The majority of clients will adhere to this schedule. The transfer timing may coincide with your payment due date. But don’t worry, for the first 60 days after the transfer date, we won’t charge late fees or report bad credit.

Important First Billing Statement Information: The initial billing statement might indicate that there are two payments due in November and December. This might occur if the monthly payment for November wasn’t made or was made but wasn’t processed prior to the creation of the first billing statement. If you already paid Academy Mortgage Corporation for November, don’t worry; they will send it to us. For the first 60 days after the transfer date, we won’t charge late fees or report bad credit.
