Aerocare is the worst business I’ve ever dealt with as of July 25, 2022. They will begin automatically sending you equipment when you do not need it and charging you for it once they have access to your checking account. How many of our senior citizens are having their money stolen? I have called them three times and spoken to personnel about canceling. I even had a conference call with my insurance and AeroCare, and they assured me they would cancel the account. However, they have continued to send equipment, which I am returning. They have also continued to send emails claiming that I have ordered equipment when I have not. If you require home medical supplies, look for a different reliable supplier.
