If you’re an Amigo Energy customer and you need to pay your bill, you have a few different options to choose from. Here’s a rundown of your payment options and how they work:
Pay Online
You can pay your Amigo Energy bill online through My Amigo Portal (https://account.amigoenergy.com/) using your account and password.
If you don’t have an account, you can still pay online as a guest at (https://webpayments.billmatrix.com/amigoenergy). Just be aware that there is a convenience fee of $2.49 for this service, which is assessed by BillMatrix as an on-demand payment.
Note that the maximum payment allowed per transaction is $1000, and additional fees of $2.49 will be incurred for transactions over $1000.
Pay By Phone
If you’d prefer to pay your bill over the phone, you can use Amigo Energy’s Pronto Pay system by calling 1-888-287-8927. This automated system is available 24/7 and accepts payments using Amigo Energy Visa or MasterCard only.
Mailing Address
You can also pay your bill by mail. Just detach the Payment Stub portion of your bill statement and send a check or money order in the provided envelope to: Amigo Energy, P.O. Box 301410, Dallas, TX 75303-1410.
Sign Up for Autopay
To make paying your bill even more convenient, you can sign up for Autopay. With this option, your bill will be automatically paid each month using your MasterCard, Amigo Energy Visa, Discover Card, or a bank draft from your checking account. Autopay is free of charge and ensures timely payment of your account. Just log in to My Amigo to set it up.
Paystation
Finally, you can pay your Amigo Energy bill in person at one of the company’s Paystation locations. There are over 800 Pay Stations in and around Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston, and South Texas, and they are operated in cooperation with Ace Cash Express, MoneyGram Express, and BARRI.
