Our Interactive Voice Response (IVR) system now allows all city utility customers to pay their bills whenever they want, day or night. Customers can use the system’s comprehensive bill payment system to pay their bills whenever they want, anywhere they are. All you need is a phone.
To find your bill, call the toll-free number 888-314-5377 and enter your account number. The IVR system will inform you of your account balance and payment due date before directing you to use a credit card, debit card, or electronic check to make your payment.
A confirmation number is given to you, and you are informed if the transaction was successful or not. You can activate autopay at the call’s conclusion.
