Before receiving services, Clearfield City demands that residents fill out an Application for Utility Service and Financial Responsibility Agreement. The application can be mailed or emailed. The application can also be obtained at our office, which is located on the first floor of City Hall at 55 South State Street. In order to open an account, Clearfield requires that the property owner maintain financial responsibility for City-provided services.
Please turn off all water at the house before registering for services. The purpose of this requirement is to prevent flooding and water damage from happening when a city technician turns on the water at the meter close to the street.
Once finished, you can email utility the Start-up Agreement form. billing@clearfieldcity. org or mail a physical copy.
