StraightUp Internet is a pay-as-you-go internet service from Cox that offers a fixed monthly price with no installation fees, equipment rental, contracts, commitments, credit checks, or hidden fees.
It has a download speed of 100 Mbps and a 1.25 TB monthly data plan. Cox provides customers with a free modem and router or gateway, as well as an Easy Connect Kit.

A verification text will be sent to the mobile number you provided, and in order to complete the opt-in process, you must respond to the message with “Y.”
You will receive a final text verifying that you have successfully been opted in for text messages and alerts. If you wish to opt out of receiving these messages, you can respond to a Cox text message with the following commands: “STOP,” “CANCEL,” “END,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” or “QUIT.”
Note that if you opt out, any customized text message settings you have set in My Account will be deleted, and if you choose to opt in again in the future, you will need to reset your text message preferences within My Account.
Pay In Store
You can visit a Cox Solutions Store to make a payment in person with cash or a card. Please note that checks are not accepted for StraightUp Internet service at this time. You can find the nearest store by searching on the Cox website at https://www.cox.com/local/search. StraightUp Internet is now also available at most Boost Mobile retail stores, allowing you to get pay-as-you-go home internet service along with your Boost Mobile service.
