By registering for the GermaniaConnect service, auto insurance policyholders from Germania can view information about their policies, report and monitor claims, make payments, and print auto ID cards. Follow the steps below to create an account, log in, make a payment, or submit a claim.
Step 2: As shown below, locate the “Policyholder Login” form on the right side of your screen.
Forgotten User ID or Password? Click the “Forgot User ID or Password” link that appears on the login form if you can’t remember your user ID or password. To retrieve your user ID or change your password, you must enter your email address.
The “Register” link is located at the bottom of the homepage’s login form.
You will be taken to the “New User Registration” page in step two. Enter your name, client ID, and policy number along with your chosen user name, password, and security question. Click “Register” to enroll.
Step 2: Enter your policy number and billing zip code on the following page. Click “Verify Policy” to proceed with the payment process.
