Let's Take a Look at the Services Tab
- You can shop special offers that are available for you.
- If you have our WiFi360 service you can manage your eeros by installing the app on your device.
- If you have our WiFi service you can track it and manage it here.
- Your internet usage breakdown is shown here. See how much downstream and upstream data has been used. You
can access full details on usage allowances, overage charges and speed reductions as well as view your
usage history.
- The modem/router information is listed here. You can also add a rule from here.
Click on the '+' sign(s) for desired information:

- Click on 'SHOP SPECIAL
OFFERS'
- You will see offers that are available for you.
Premium Channels
- Click on 'Premium Channels' if available and
you want to add premium channel(s).
- Choose the premium channel(s) you want to add and click on 'ADD TO CART'
- Follow the steps to complete your purchase.
Additional Channels
- Click on 'Additional Channels' if available
and you want to add channels to your services.
- Choose the channel(s) that are available to you to add to your services. You can
also click on 'Adult subscription on demand' to expand the list of
channels.
Xpert Tech Support
- Click on 'Tech Support &
Protection'
- Choose the Xpert service you want to add to your account
- If you are satisfied with what is in Your Cart, click 'PROCEED TO CHECKOUT'
- Enter your full name. Date will auto-populate.
- A window will pop-up when the service has been successfully added.
To Remove Service
- To remove a service, click on the service you wish to remove.
- Click on 'REMOVE FROM
ACCOUNT'
- A window will pop-up for you to confirm the removal of the service. If you are sure
you want to remove, click on 'Submit'
- A success window will pop up

You can manage your
home wifi and eero device(s) by downloading the eero mobile
app.:
- Click on the link provided to download the eero app.

Change Network Name
- Click on 'Manage Network'
- Change the 'Network name'
- Choose 'Local' for the Access
- Click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
Change Network Password
- Click on 'Manage Network'
- Choose Active Network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
- Change the Password
- Choose 'Local' for the Access
- Click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
Change WiFi Security
- Click on 'Manage Network'
- Choose Active Network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
- Select desired security
- Choose 'Local' for the Access
- Click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
Change Wireless Mode
- Click on 'Manage Network'
- Choose Active Network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
- Choose 'Local' for the Access
- Select Wireless Mode from the dropdown menu.
- Click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
Display/Hide Network Name
- Click on 'Manage Network'
- Choose Active Network (2.4 GHz or 5 GHz)
- Choose 'Local' for the Access
- Click on the button to Display/Hide WiFi name (when green is showing network name is
displayed, when greyed out network name is hidden)
- Click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
+ Your Devices
Quick glance at devices on your network.
- Click on 'View All' to expand view to see all the devices on your
network.
+ Your Usage
- Shows the percentage of your download and upload usage.
- Shows how many days it will be until the end of your monthly cycle.
- Shows the amount of data you have used for downstream usage.
- Shows the amount of data you have used for upstream usage.
- You can 'Click here' to see full details on
usage allowances, overage charges and speed reductions.
- Click on 'View history' to see history of
usage.

Shows information about the modem on your account.
- Click on 'Add Rule' to Port
Forward
- Fill in information in each field then click on 'SAVE CHANGES'
