How do I add services to my account, see my network, troubleshoot, see my usage?

  1. You can shop special offers that are available for you.
     
  2. If you have our WiFi360 service you can manage your eeros by installing the app on your device.
     
  3. If you have our WiFi service you can track it and manage it here.
     
  4. Your internet usage breakdown is shown here. See how much downstream and upstream data has been used. You can access full details on usage allowances, overage charges and speed reductions as well as view your usage history.
     
  5. The modem/router information is listed here. You can also add a rule from here.
