What is MediacomConnect MobileCare App?

MediacomConnect MobileCare App helps make your life a little easier; a part of our "power to simplify" promise.

This is done with our improved navigation and enhanced user interface. Through this app, you will have the convenience to check your account balance, pay your bills, check your usage, browse support related articles and even check on your scheduled appointments.

How to Log In

Simply enter your Mediacom ID which is the email address and password associated to the account.

  • How to set up a Mediacom ID:  Click HERE

 

Forgot your password?

Tap Forgot? in the Password field and then tap Mediacom ID or Ebilling ID, Click 'Forgot ID' and enter in Account Number and Zip Code. Complete the steps for Forgot ID?

 

Forgot your User Name?

Tap Forgot? in the Password field and then tap iHelp on the next screen. Complete the steps for Forgot ID?.

If you’re unable to restore your User Name or Password, contact Customer Support.

Home Screen

When logging in for the first time, tap Start and then select a Theme.

 

Once logged in the Home Screen provides quick links to common functions including Internet Usage, Important Alerts, Billing Information, Support, and Scheduled Appointments.

Billing

The Billing area shows your current and last statement details, Phone service details, autopay information, scheduled payments, last 12 months of statement history, and options to manage payment methods and paperless billing.

Internet Usage

View your Internet usage including your total download and upload consumption, as well as a 3-month comparison graph.

Wi-Fi

Easily manage your network by seeing how many devices are online, verify or change the network password, and monitor usage.

Support

Verify your services are connected, confirm if an outage is active in your area, troubleshoot services if things aren’t working as expected, and even browse articles from our Answer Center (tap Articles & Video).

If the app detects a service is offline and is unable to troubleshoot the issue you can schedule a repair appointment right then and there!

 

Outages

Click on Support

 

View any outages in your area. If not outage has been detected it will show 'All Mediacom Services Operational'

Contact Preferences

Once logged in, scroll down and tap 'Settings'
 

 

Next, tap on 'Contact Preferences'
 

 

On the next screen you can edit the secondary, and any additional contact numbers, along with adding a new contact number.
