Set up payment through your bank’s online banking platform (they will send a check to us for you!)

Pay in the Finance Division at 66 N. Lassen Street during business hours or drop your payment in the drop box outside.

How to set up Utilities in Your New Home:

The following application will be required to establish service for water and natural gas services:

If you are renting, please bring your Lease Agreement and Photo Identification and the above Application.

If you have purchased a home, please bring your Photo Identification and the above Application. The Finance Department will verify that escrow has closed and recorded with Lassen County prior to establishing service.
