You can’t get ahold of them. Every time I call, they’re closed and say to call during “normal business hours”. It’s 2:30PM on a Friday and their business hours are 8-6PM. Last week I called and their office was closed for “employee appreciation day”. We were sent to this company because our insurance didn’t process a claim correctly and now that they have, it’s impossible to contact the company and get this fixed.
