Utility Collection Office

The Utility Collection Office is responsible for the collection of all water, wastewater, and refuse bills from city customers. MasterCard and Visa are accepted for the payment of bills and they also offer automatic bill payment from checking or savings account. Customers may pay their bill online by clicking the button below.

  • Current Water Rates: $22.01 for 1st 1000 gallons, $15.34 for additional 1000 gallons, $11.00 infrastructure fee.
  • Minimum Bill: $48.35 for 2000 gallons

City Wastewater Service Rates

  • Current Wastewater Rates: $12.18 per 1000 gallons, $11.00 infrastructure fee.
  • Minimum Bill: $35.36 for 2000 gallons

Curbside Pickup Rates:

  • Residential Service – $22.94 / month
  • Commercial Service – $41.98 / month
