However, the ****** form used for the setup did not provide information regarding the commencement date of the water service. To address this, I made diligent efforts to confirm the service start date through both phone and email communication.Through these attempts, I was able to ascertain, on December 1st, as the anticipated start date for the water service. It is important to note that, as per the agreement with the builder, I am not accountable for any water bills until after December 1st, as the builder has assumed responsibility for the water services until this date.Regrettably, the company was unable to locate the disclosure specifying the service start date, leading to a lack of confirmation regarding the commencement of services. However, I did reach out to the company on December 5th, 2023, to confirm the details via email, and the office verbally verified they do not have this disclosure.
