Famsa Furniture specializes in selling home furnishings which include; furniture, mattresses, electronics, computers and appliances. We also offer personal loans services to our customers in our Texas stores and Famsa Loans branches.

We have locations in Texas and Illinois.

Why do you need me to enter my personal information?

  • When you enter your personal information, it will give you access to create an online personal account where you make payments in a fast and secure way. Your information is not shared with anyone, do not share your password or user ID.

What forms of payment does Famsa accept to pay the balance on my Famsa Credit account?

  • For payments in-store we accept cash, check or debit cards. For payments by phone or online we accept debit cards.

How do you place an order?

  • If this is the first time you are purchasing on our site, you must create an account. In order to create an account you will be required to provide your e-mail address and create a password. Once you have created your account you can begin shopping!
  • When logged in to your account you select the items you want, click on “Add to cart +” for each item. Once you are done adding to your cart, you will select “checkout”.
  • If you have a promotion/coupon code you must enter it before you continue checking out. You will then update your order.
  • To complete your order, you have the option of selecting pick up or delivery. You can pick up your items at your closest Famsa Furniture store, or get delivery for a flat rate of $99.99.
  • Select the method of payment you wish to use to purchase your items. Once you are done please select purchase.
  • An e-mail confirming your purchase will be sent to you.

Can I cancel or change my online order?

If this is the case please send us a cancellation email as soon as possible to Contact Us.

How do I redeem a coupon online?

When you are ready to checkout there will a designated box for you to type your coupon code.

What forms of payment does Famsa accept to make a purchase online?

Where do you deliver?

  • We deliver only in the states where Famsa Furniture operates: Texas and Chicago.
  • Maximum delivery distance is 100 miles away from your closest Famsa Furniture location.

How much is the delivery charge on online purchase?

  • Online delivery is a flat rate of $99.99. If delivery distance is more than 100 miles from the closest Famsa Furniture store, there is an additional fee for each mile over 100.
  • *You also have the option of pick up your merchandise at no cost at a Famsa store.

I don’t live in Texas or Illinois, can I still purchase from www.famsafurniture.com?

At this moment www.famsafurniture.com is only accepting online orders from within the states where we operate (TX and IL).

What is required to open credit at Famsa Furniture?

  • Proof of income (A current pay stub or last 3 bank statements. Employer’s address and phone number.)
  • Valid U.S. Photo I.D (or ID from your country of origin/ place of birth)
  • Social Security Number (SSN) or Individual Taxpayer Identification Number (ITIN)
  • Proof of Residency /Recent monthly utility bill in your name (Within the past 45 days: landline telephone, gas & electric.)

How soon will I know if I qualify for credit at Famsa Furniture?

Can I view the same items online in the store?

The vast majority of the items are available online and in our stores. However, some items are sold online only. To confirm that the items are in the store please contact your nearest Famsa location.
