We offer several convenient ways to pay your bill.

 

Service Off for Non-Payment

Please go to Manage Your Account or contact customer service at (540) 868-1061, extension 4, for your account balance as additional fees will apply.

 

Automatic Debit (ACH)

Electronic Payment Form

  • It is free, convenient, and easy.
  • Payment will be automatically deducted from the account you select on the due date on your bill.
  • Fill out an Electronic Payment Form, attach a voided check, and send both to our office

 

Banks Bill Pay

Please reference Frederick Water account and customer number.
Please allow ten business days for receipt.

    *We've recently upgraded our customer portal, and many of our customers have been receiving a 500 error.  To resolve the error, simply clear your browser cache.  To clear the browser cache, press control+shift+delete on Windows or command+shift+delete on Mac.  From the Clear History dialog box, opt to clear cookies, cached images, and files.
