There is a 3.0% convenience fee for paying by credit card or a $1.00 per transaction for paying by electronic check. Making your payment online is fast, easy, and safe. It takes just five simple steps. In just a few minutes, your transaction will be complete and a confirmation of submission will be emailed to you. Note: When you review your financial statement, there may be two entries pertaining to this transaction. If there are two, one would be your payment to City and the other the processing fee for using this online service.' The website shuts down every Thursday morning from 2:00 AM to 5:00 AM Eastern time for any routine maintenance.
