Pay by phone or speak to someone
To speak directly with a UM Health-Sparrow Customer Service Representative, please call 517-364-7999, Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Patient Financial Services can accept payment by credit card over the phone.
Pay in person
You can pay by credit card (Discover, MasterCard or Visa), check, cashier's check or money order.
