How to Pay Your CCHP Premium Bill
CCHP members have many payment options. Members are able to pay their premium monthly by the following options:
Online
If you have your Member ID you can log in to CCHP Connect to:
- Make a one-time payment by credit or debit card or from your checking or savings account (ACH)
- Set up automatic payments by credit or debit card or from your checking or savings account (ACH).
By phone
You can call Customer Service at 1-844-201-4672 with or without your Member ID to set up one-time payment or recurring payments via credit, checking or savings account, or debit card.
If you do not have your Member ID or you are looking to set up recurring payments, please do not press prompt 1. Instead, please wait on the line to speak with a Customer Service representative to make your payment.
By mail
If you have your Member ID, you can mail a check or money order to:
