Billing Address Help

When updating your billing address information, please be sure to input the address exactly how it appears on your credit card statement. Incomplete or incorrect information may slow order processing.  

Billing Address Outside the U.S.

Due to Kohl’s only being located within the United States, the online credit card processing system is unable to accept any international credit cards or credit cards where the billing address is located outside of the United States. 

Using Credit Card With Different Billing Address

All credit cards added to your Kohl’s shopping account will default to the billing address associated with your account. There can only be one billing address associated with your account. If you wish to use a credit card with a different billing address, you will need to update the billing address for your profile.

How to Update Billing Address

1. Select “Settings” within your account profile. 
2. Select “Billing & Payment Info”. 
3. Select “Edit” and update the billing address.
