How long after past due payment date until you get suspended?

Hello.  My payment wast due yesterday, so it is now officially past due.  I have some money but need it for other things that take priority.  I tried to set up a payment arrangement online but it asks for "another account"... quite silly.  Other forum threads suggested you have to make payment arrangements before the past due date.  Well, I was unaware.  Anyways, I can pay it in about a week, I'm fine paying the late fee and all, I'm just wondering how long it takes before service is suddenly cut off and suspended.  Simple question.  Thanks for the help of anyone who responds.

A payment arrangement is made when the account is past due, but not yet shut off. This extends the date when the service would be interrupted, but does not prevent late fees as those still occur. As for how long after, I'm not sure if there is a set time for everybody on that.

Thanks for the response.  Do you have an rough estimate of how long it could take?  They do start sending you snail mail about it first don't they?  I don't get paper bills, so maybe not.  Or a phone call?

There is no set time. When service is suspended depends on your payment history so your service could get suspended at any time. There are no phone calls or snail mail notices but you could get email notices.
