As a GFL customer, you now have access to our online customer portal, MyAccount.

 

It’s quick and easy to set up your MyAccount profile and link your existing service account(s) to the system using the step-by-step guidelines below.

Setting Up MyAccount: Step 2

  1. Make sure you have your customer account number, which is located in the upper right-hand corner of your invoice and the tear-off portion of your bill. Your account number will also feature on all your GFL invoices.
  2. Once you have your account number, open your web browser and go to myaccount.gflenv.com, where you’ll see a login prompt.You can use an existing Microsoft or Google account, or you can click the “Sign up now” link to use any email that’s convenient for you.If you use the “Sign up now” feature, you will be asked to verify your email address before you can complete the sign up process. Simply key in the email address you would like to use, then hit “Verify.” This will email a verification code to the address you provided. If you don’t see the email, please check your spam/ junk mail folders. Once you have the code, enter it into the “Verification Code” box, and hit the blue “Verify Code” button to complete the verification process.

  3. Key in the rest of the information requested (password, first name, last name) to create your new MyAccount login credentials.
  4. Once you’ve logged in, you’ll see your Overview page where you can link your account(s). You can do this by clicking the green “Link Account” button and entering your GFL account number.

  5. When your account is linked, you’re ready to start using MyAccount! You can enroll in Ebilling and Autopay to manage your GFL service payment options, and explore the system’s many features.
