What is the Wallet?
It’s where you can scan and save all your coupons, Kohl’s Cash and Gift Cards in one place. Easily access your Kohl's Rewards card and points balance on the go, and never miss a chance to earn points on qualifying purchases. Set up reminders to redeem your Kohl’s Cash and coupons so you never forget to use them again. Plus, they’ll automatically show up and you can apply them when you check out in the app.

How do I scan an coupon to the Wallet?
While in the Wallet, tap the “Scan to Enter” button on the top right and center the bar code inside the green brackets that appear. The bar code will scan automatically.

Can I add an coupon or Kohl's Cash without scanning the bar code?
Yes. While in the Wallet, just tap the “Add to Wallet” button on the top left corner and enter the bar code number or promo code manually. If you are adding Kohl’s Cash or a Gift Card, enter the PIN number on the next box. You can leave the PIN field blank if you’re just entering a promo code.

Can I add Gift Card to the Wallet?
Of course! Simply scan the bar code or tap the “Add to Wallet” button on the top left corner and enter the bar code and PIN numbers. 

How do I remove a zero balance Gift Card from my Wallet?
Tap the "i" (info) icon at the bottom right of the Gift Card you want to remove. Once the card flips over, tap on the garbage can icon on the top right of the card image and tap the "Delete" option.

Do coupons in the Wallet get removed once they expire?
Yes. There’s no need for manual cleanup. We remove the coupons once they expire so you don’t have to. 

Do coupons get automatically pushed to the Wallet?
Yes. We regularly push special coupons to the Wallet for easy access to savings. It's just another perk of having the app!

Does my Kohl's Cash automatically get pushed to the Wallet?
Yes! As long as you identify yourself when making a purchase, your Kohl's Cash will automatically appear in your Wallet.

How do I set up a reminder for my Kohl's Cash?
Underneath the bar code of your Kohl’s Cash, tap the arrow in the bottom right corner and then tap “Set Reminder”. You can set the reminder for 1 day before, 3 days before and/or 1 week before your Kohl’s Cash expires. You will receive your reminder via a push notification, but you can also choose to receive an additional email notification.

I added an coupon to my Wallet and it says "Pending."  What does that mean?
This means the coupon you added isn’t valid yet. The “Pending” status will be removed once the coupon is available to use.

I entered a bar code/promo code and it says the coupon is invalid.  Now what?
This could mean the coupon has expired or there was a misspelling or typo during the manual entry of the promo code or bar code. If the coupon is expired, check out the Today’s Deals page from the app menu for other available promo codes to enter into the Wallet instead.

How do I delete coupons that I don't want to use?
1. Tap the arrow in the bottom right corner underneath the coupon’s bar code.
2. Tap the small X icon in the upper right corner.
3. Tap “Delete.”

How do I sign up for Kohl’s Rewards from the app?
Tap "YES, SIGN ME UP!" at the top of the homepage screen to Sign in or create a Kohls.com shopping account. You'll then need to link your Rewards info to your Kohls.com shopping account.

Do my earned Kohl’s Rewards show up right away in the Wallet?
Online Purchases: Earnings for online orders are added to the Wallet ~30 minutes after order submission, but it could take up to 48 hours. Orders placed near the end of the month may not earn Kohl's Rewards until the following month.

For example: Kohl's Rewards earnings for online purchases made near the end of November may not be credited to your account until December, converted to Kohl's Cash and sent at the beginning of January.

In-store purchases: Kohl's Rewards earnings for store transactions are added to the Wallet ~30 minutes after purchase, but it could take up to 48 hours..

How do I access my Kohl’s Rewards balance, account and card?
Sign in to your account on the app and tap the Kohl’s Rewards logo at the top of the homepage.

How do I search for a product on the app?
Just tap the search bar and type what you are looking for. You can also tap the bar code icon and scan a product’s bar code from inside a Kohl’s store.

What is the Snap & Shop feature?
When searching for products, you will notice a camera icon with the words “Snap & Shop.” right below. This tool allows you to take a picture of any product in the world to find similar products right inside our app!

For example: You see a watch a friend is wearing and want to find one that’s similar. Just take a picture of your friend’s watch, and the app will quickly identify the image and find the one that most closely resembles it on Kohls.com!

Can I buy online & pick up in store on the app?
Yes. Tap “PICK UP IN STORE” next to “SHIP” on an item’s product page. You can then view all the stores where the item is available for in-store pickup. You will need to select a color and size first (if applicable).

When searching for an item, you can also filter search results by “Pick Up In Store” or “Online Only”.

How can I find if the item I am looking for is available in a local store?
There are two ways to do this:
1. Tap “Find in Store” on any product page and then type in your ZIP code to find a specific product.
2. Use the “Store Tools” feature to set your favorite local Kohl’s store. Then tap the search bar and type an item’s description to see an assortment of products that is available in that store.

What is the best way to find my favorite Brand?
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “Shop by Category.”
3. “Featured Brands” is at the bottom of the list.

How do I find or create a gift registry on the app?
Tap the menu icon and then tap "Registries."

How do I redeem coupons and Kohl's Cash from the Wallet during checkout?
Make sure you are signed in to your Kohl’s account. At checkout, tap the “Apply” button. You can then apply all your coupons, Kohl’s Cash and Kohl's Rewards.

How do I enter promo codes that aren't in the Wallet?
Once you are ready to check out, just tap the “Apply” button and then “Enter Discounts” at the top of the page. You can type in the promo code or tap the bar code icon to scan the coupon’s bar code.

Can I check out with Apple Pay on the app?
Yes. As long as you have a compatible Apple device with your Kohl’s Card or any credit card loaded in Apple Pay, the Apple Pay button will show up at checkout for easy payment. For more information about compatible devices, tap here.

What are the Store Tools?
It’s where you can browse Today’s Ad and in-store deals. Scan the bar code of any item while in any Kohl’s store and instantly find discounts to save to the Wallet. You can also see “Your Price” with applied discounts before checking out in store and search for an item’s availability in your local Kohl’s store.

How do I scan an item's bar code in store?
The bar code scanner can be found in the middle of the Store Tools page. Just tap the scan icon and center the bar code inside the green brackets.

How do I set my store?
1. Tap “Store Locator” on the Store Tools page.
2. Enter the ZIP code or location of your favorite Kohl’s store.
3. On the map, tap the red dot where your store is located and then tap the green arrow that pops up.
4. Tap the green “SET AS MY STORE” button and you’re all set.

Can I see my discounts before I check out in store?
Yes, scan any item to see the discounts that will apply before checking out.

How does free shipping in store work?
Can't find what you're looking for in one of our stores? As long as you are physically in a Kohl's store when you check out on the app, you will get free shipping!

Why can't I add items into my shopping bag while using Store Tools?
This feature is meant to be a shopping guide. You can add items to your bag and check out by exiting Store Tools.

What's the difference between this and the regular scanning feature in app?
View special discounts and store tips as well as view what coupons are in the Wallet via Store Tools. The app's regular scanning feature shows you product pages with price, details, product ratings and reviews.

How do I track the status of an order I placed in the app?
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “Order Status & Tracking.”
3. As a guest, type in your order number and billing ZIP code. If you sign in to your Kohl’s account, your entire order history will show here for easy tracking.

How do I create a Kohls.com shopping account in the app?
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “Account.”
3. Tap “Create an Account.”
4. Enter your information. From here you can also enroll in Kohl's Rewards.

How do I sign into my shopping account?
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “Account.”
3. Tap “Sign In.”
4. Enter your email address and password.

How do I sign in to my Kohl's Card account?
1. Tap the menu icon.
2. Tap “My Kohl’s Charge.”
