Sellersburg Water

Working together for a better community!

The Sellersburg Water Department draws water from our 5 acre wellfield along the Ohio River in Jeffersonville for filtering and treatment at our Water Plant located on Holmans Lane in Jeffersonville. With a full capacity of 2.8 million gallons per day, the Sellersburg Water Plant currently delivers safe drinkable water to customers stretching from Jeffersonville to Memphis Indiana.

Our laboratory tests the water within the plant and throughout the distribution system 365 days a year to ensure the quality meets or exceeds all federal and state water quality standards.
