Online Bill Payment

Simply click the green “Pay Your Bill Now” button to pay online. Have your water bill handy and follow the prompts. Please enter your last name and street name in capital letters. Only enter the five-digit account number from your bill when entering your account number.

Payment By Mail

If mailing a check or money order, please enclose your bill stub with each payment. Please mail your payment at least five to seven business days before the due date on your bill to avoid late fees.

Automatic Bank Draft

The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, your utility bill is automatically credited on the 16th of the month before it is due after being automatically deducted from your bank account. This method of payment is free of setup fees and other costs. Simply fill out the Bank Draft Authorization Form found in the Forms & Reports Section, download it, and send it to our office along with a voided check to set up automated bank draft.

Payment Drop-off Location

You can visit our office to pay your bill in person. We accept cash, check, or money orders. Please be aware that Mondays, Fridays, and the day after a holiday are typically very busy days to avoid longer wait times. Additionally, for your convenience, a night and after-hours deposit box is provided to the right of the front door.

Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay

Numerous financial institutions, including major banks, allow their clients to pay their bills online (through your bank’s website). Typically, these services send a physical check by mail after debiting the customer’s checking or savings account to pay the bill. The financial institution may or may not charge a fee for the service, depending on the circumstances. The posting of payments to customers’ accounts may take up to seven business days. Please consult with your bank for more information.
