FREE Online Bill Payments and Account Access
You can now access your usage data, account history, payment history, set up credit card or bank drafting, update contact information, and pay your bill online, 24 hours a day, for free. If you hate waiting on hold or in a line or can’t get to the office or a mailbox before the bill is due, don’t worry. All of this is available at your fingertips, and there are no transaction fees when using Visa, MasterCard, or Discover. Just be prepared with your account number when you register.

By credit or debit card: Dial 1-877-302-2787 any time of day or night to make a telephone payment and get free access to your account balance information. Before calling, please have your credit/debit card and ONWASA account number ready. MasterCard, Visa, and Discover accepted. To guarantee a successful payment transaction, your credit/debit card must have a valid billing address attached to it.
There is a conveniently located drop box for payments at each ONWASA office. (Kindly refrain from placing cash in any of the drop boxes outside. ) The following locations are where ONWASA accepts cash, checks, debit cards, money orders, VISA, Discover, and MasterCard:
