For residents who live inside the City of West Lafayette’s sewer district, the City offers curbside trash collection. We offer weekly sanitization services for residences with no more than four units.
How to Start Your Collection Services
After starting your water service with Indiana American Water Company at (800) 492-8373, your collection services will begin automatically for residents of the West Lafayette Sewer District. The cost of recycling and trash collection will be added to your waste water bill. Please call our Billing Department at (765)775-5140 to set up service if you have a well.
Please follow these rules:
Suitable containers for waste pickup shall be leak-proof, have two handles, includes a metal catch bar (bale), have an attached tight-fitting lid, have a capacity of no more than ninety-six gallons and shall be kept in a sanitary condition.
