What number can I call to pay MyMetro phone bill?
Step 1: Dial 611
Place a call to 611 and wait for a representative to answer. Describe how you are paying your Metro PCS phone bill. The customer service agent will inquire about your name, billing address, and account number. Have a copy of your passport, driver’s license, or social security card on hand in case they ask for identification as well. If you are making a payment using more than one line on your account, you will then be asked which line you want to pay from on a screen. If not, it will direct you to their IVR system and ask you to confirm the transaction before proceeding. Cash, a debit card, or a credit card can all be used to pay bills, including the Pay Metro PCS bill (I suggest using a credit card).
Step 2: Choose bill payment option
If you want to set up automatic monthly payments or pay your bill with a debit card, paying your bill over the phone can be a great option. You only need the 16-digit number on the back of your debit card to make a payment. For your assurance and protection, we’ll email you a confirmation as soon as the payment clears. Enter the amount and the day of the month (between 1 and 31) you want us to process automated payments.
Step 3: Enter the account number and due date
Go to your computer and log into the MetroPCS website. Click on My Account, then click on metro pcs pay bill. Select Pay by Phone and enter your identification number (PIN). Enter your account information, select what you want to be paid out of balance first, and then select a payment amount. Confirm if there are any other bills you would like to pay by checking off what you would like done and then clicking Make Payment.
Step 4: Select the payment amount
When making a payment using our automated system over the phone or online, you may use as many credit cards as you’d like. Make sure you have current account information, including the expiration date of the credit card used for automatic payments, if applicable, when paying with a credit card. Otherwise, your Payment may not process successfully.
Step 5: Provide credit card information
To finish your payment, click either I’m ready to pay now or Schedule Payment:
Please click Schedule Payment and continue below to pay now and schedule future payments at a later time (such as from an employer):
Step 6: Submit Payment
When you call customer service, a MetroPCS live agent will answer the phone. Your billing address and Social Security number are among the identifying details the agent will request from you. The agent will give you payment options for this month’s bill after you provide them with this information. These choices range from making one or more payment arrangements to paying in full. It all depends on how much money you have available. For instance, if you lack the necessary funds, you can use one of these payment plans to cover the balance owed until you do.
Once you know what kind of plan works best for your financial situation, tell the customer service representative about it so they can help set up those payments with autopay features. Check out Snipon for paid customer surveys.
Wireless provider MetroPCS was founded in the US in 1994. Postpaid and prepaid customers can each pay their MetroPCS bills separately. Consider a postpaid account that bills the user for the service before it is delivered. If so, you’ll also need to provide your account number and the last four of your Social Security number. Your 16-digit phone number or mobile device ID, along with your billing zip code, are all you need if you have a prepaid account that doesn’t charge until after it has been used. You will also require a method for MetroPCS to confirm your identity, such as being contacted by text message.
