About the Solid Waste Fee Billing Division
Using software created by one of its employees, the Three Rivers Planning & Development District started providing solid waste fee billing services in October 1993. The following are some of the main duties of the Solid Waste Fee Billing Division:
- Maintain and update each county’s customer database
- Open, balance, and post collections
- Print and mail monthly statements
- Provide each county reports related to collections and delinquency
The cooperation and great working relationships between the counties and Three Rivers are directly related to the overall success of the Solid Waste Fee Billing Division.
