To start water and sewer service for homeowners, call 636-949-3212 or email Billing and Collections.A $50 refundable security deposit will be billed separately to property owners.
Renters must present the following paperwork and payment to the city’s Billing and Collections office:

Call 636-949-3212 or send an email to Billing and Collections to stop receiving water and sewer service.A termination date and forwarding address must be provided.The final bill will be paid first with any remaining funds being refunded in the form of a check and sent to the forwarding address provided if a deposit is still on the account.
Water & Sewer service is billed bi-monthly (every other month)Water rates are determined by usage as determined by automatic meter readings.Except for two consecutive billing cycles during the summer when consumption is billed as a seasonal average due to lawn watering, car washing, etc., sewer charges are based on water consumption.Only residential customers located inside the city limits are subject to this average.
