For those who prefer traditional payment methods, we accept personal checks, cashier’s checks, and money orders. Simply mail your payment along with your utility payment stub to City of Midwest City, P.O. Box 268896, Oklahoma City, OK 73126-8896.
Prefer to pay online? Our online billing and payment system is easy to use, and you can even set up Auto Pay with your credit/debit card. Don’t forget to check the schedule when you log in to the pay site, and keep in mind that there is a $2.75 convenience fee for credit/debit card payments.

For even more convenience, sign up for our automatic bank draft service. Your monthly utility bill will be automatically debited from your checking account, six days prior to your penalty date. To enroll, simply complete and submit the Automated Bank Draft form, along with a voided check. And if you ever need to make changes to your bank draft, just fill out a Bank Draft Change Form.
