For the past four months, I have been residing in Lincoln Hill Apartments. One Point Technologies has handled my water bill ever since I’ve lived here. Every month, I receive a bill from this company, One Point, for more than $100. I dont understand how or why. I don’t have washer and dryer connections in my one-bedroom apartment. They claim I use a certain amount of water, but there is no way I could ever use that much water. I’ve never seen a bill this high for my previous apartment, which had a washer and dryer. My power bill is double what my water bill is here in Lincoln Hills. My water is only used at night when I get home from work, even though my power is on all day. One Point Technologies should cease operations because it is a SCAMMING COMPANY. They are robbing people with their faulty meter reading. In fact, I’ve been keeping an eye on my meter to see if it ever gets read, but IT DOES NOT I was told by a representative on the phone what days a meter reader comes to read the meters, but I never saw that person. I know for a fact that I have not even been home to use water as One Point claims, yet somehow every month my water bill is higher and my water usage keeps increasing. Even though the meter reader never read my meter, One Point continues to send me bills for water usage even though I am not at home. Can someone please do something about this company. Before I pay One Point for a mistaken water bill, I will be evicted and forced to live on the streets. I live in a one-bedroom apartment while my parents and my other four siblings all own three and four bedrooms. ADVERTISIMENT.
