BadCock South Florida Branch Pay Bill
James C. Baber, Jr. was offered the opportunity to purchase a Badcock store in West Palm Beach in November 1951, and he established the Badcock South Florida branch under his own corporate name, “Badcock’s Economy Furniture Store, Inc.” Although the branch operates independently, it uses the trade name “Badcock Home Furniture & More” like the other Badcock locations.

Late Payment
If you have made a late payment on your Badcock bill, it is best to contact them and try to come to an agreement. They may send someone to your home to ask for the payment, but you are not required to let them in. It is usually in their best interest to receive the payment and any late fees or interest, rather than take back the furniture. If they are unwilling to work with you and want to take back the furniture, they may file a small claims court case to obtain an order requiring you to give it to them.
