Water and trash utility billing is being updated by the City of Daytons Department of Finance. In the late summer or fall of 2022, new invoice formats and website designs will be available.
I accept that the payment plan dates are as stated and that the payments must be credited to my account by the due date or earlier. Payment reminders will not be sent. Incomplete payments will result in a BROKEN payment plan, immediate service termination, and additional fees if they are not made in full by the due dates.
I am aware that any payments made under a payment plan, as well as all current invoices, MUST be made no later than the invoice due date. The current payment plan will be broken, the service will be immediately terminated, and there will be additional fees if the current charges are not paid by the invoice due date.
Any new payment plans are prohibited for a period of 12 months following the last broken plan if there are two late payments within a 12-month period. Your account must receive payments on or before the due dates. It might take up to 4 business days for check or ACH payments to post to your account. The posting of payments made in the drop box to your account may take up to two business days. Payments made by credit card after 8:00 p.m. will be credited to your account the following business day. Payments sent by mail must be received and posted to your account by the deadline.
