To pay your Hialeah Water bill, you have several options available. The easiest and fastest way to pay is online, through the City of Hialeah website at https://www.hialeahfl.gov/. To pay online, follow these steps:
- Visit the City of Hialeah website and click on the “Departments” tab.
- From the drop-down menu, select “Utilities”.
- On the Utilities page, click on the “Pay Your Water Bill” link.
- On the next page, you’ll be able to log in to your account and make a payment using a credit or debit card.

Alternatively, you can make a payment by phone by calling the City of Hialeah Utilities Department at 305-556-3800. The customer service team is available to assist with your payment Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pay In Person
You can also make a payment in person by visiting the Utilities Department at 501 Palm Avenue, Hialeah, Florida 33010. The office is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
