Pierce County launched a new online portal Aug. 17 that offers its sewer customers enhanced payment options. The new system gives users more flexibility and convenience when paying their bills and requesting services, thanks to its user-friendly design and enhanced security. Customers can visit piercecountywa. gov/SewerPortal to create an account, handle their accounts, and browse the tools available. Customers who register can view billing statements, set up automatic payments, and get email reminders for payments. New features.
Multiple-property sewer customers can now log in once to access all of their accounts. They can pay multiple bills online with a single $3. 50 processing fee. Due to this rollout, a new bill due date will be visible to nearly 55,000 single-family residential customers who receive their bills every two months. Customers with a monthly billing cycle will continue to be subject to the same payment deadlines. Customers will need to modify their payment due date if they are currently using their bank’s online bill payment service.
