Robeson County Water Department Bill Pay

The Robeson County Water Department is requesting that customers pay their water bills as soon as possible because Wednesday will bring back regular utility billing.

Gov. Wednesday marks the end of Roy Cooper’s Executive Order 142, which was issued on March 31 and suspended residential utility service disconnections while waiving fines, fees, and interest on past-due amounts.

Cooper claimed that his executive orders do not allow for the forgiveness of customer debt. All balances incurred between March 31 and July 29 must still be paid in full by customers.

Customers can pay bills online at ccpaymentservice. com or can pay by phone at 1-866-249-0705 or 910-671-3478.

Additionally, payments may be made at the drive-through’s office or office drop box at 330 Sanchez Drive in Lumberton.

Leave checks or money orders in the box along with the water bill to pay via drop box. You can include account and CID numbers on your check or money order.

Automatic Bank Draft forms are available online. Fill out the form, attach a blank void check for future payments, and mail it to the office. Enrollment information can also be taken to the office.
