Paying your Sutter Medical Foundation bill has never been easier thanks to the convenience of online payments. Whether you have a My Health Online account or not, you can easily pay your bill from the comfort of your own home.
Online Bill Pay
To pay your bill online, simply sign in to My Health Online (MyChart) and navigate to the account summary page. From there, you can view and pay your hospital or doctor bill online. Please note that online payments may not be available at all locations.
If you do not have a My Health Online account, you can still make an online payment through the Guest Pay feature. This allows spouses, family members, and others to make payments without having their own account. To use Guest Pay, simply look up your account using either your guarantor account number or a specific visit account number.
Both My Health Online and Guest Pay accept payments made with a Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit card. If you have any questions about payment assistance, be sure to check out the financial assistance resources available at Sutter.
In most cases, you can also set up a payment plan through My Health Online if you are unable to pay your full balance. To do this, open the View / Pay / Print Bill function from the menu and select the Set Up Payment Plan button for any qualifying balances. From there, you can choose your payment amount, method, and date to cover your balance.
