To assist you in becoming familiar with the policies and procedures pertaining to your utility service with Sonterra Municipal Utility District, the following information is being provided.
Current Water Restrictions: Starting on August 12, 2020, Sonterra MUD will no longer enforce Stage 2 Water Restrictions and will implement voluntary water conservation measures. These measures will be in place from May 1 through September 30 every year. Due to the District’s successful integration of the new surface water supply from the Lone Star Regional Water Authority (LSRWA) at each of its water treatment plant facilities, the water restrictions can currently be loosened.
