A Missouri news outlet reported that customers in St. Joseph flooded the Suddenlink office, demanding justifications for the additional charges on their bills. One customer reported paying $1,400 due to faulty billing.
A Californian Suddenlink customer called KETK to say that she, too, has experienced problems. She claimed that despite numerous calls to Suddenlink, no one was able to help her.
She continued by saying she would write the FCC with a complaint.
And according to downdetector. 86% of Suddenlink customers reporting service outages on the website downtime.com stated that they were unable to access the internet in the Midwest and Southwest of the country.
