Pay My Bill Online
One of the most convenient and popular ways to pay your bill is through our online payment portal. This option is ideal for those who prefer to handle their finances electronically, from the comfort of their home or office. With our online billing, you can access your account, view current and past bills, check your payment history, and even update your account information. We also offer the option to have your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or debit or credit card account for hassle-free payments.
Sign Up for E-Billing
For those who prefer a more eco-friendly and paperless billing option, SCWA offers e-billing. When you sign up for e-billing, you will receive your bill electronically via email, eliminating the need for a paper bill. With e-billing, you can also view your account, your current and past bills, your payment history, and your historical consumption. You can also update your account information with ease.
Pay My Bill by Phone
If you prefer to pay your bill over the phone, our customer service representatives are available to assist you. Simply call us at (631) 698-9500 to make a payment or to inquire about your account. For the hearing impaired, we also offer a TTY service at (631) 589-5210. Our call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm.
Pay My Bill in Person
If you prefer to pay your bill in person, SCWA has partnered with various stores to offer you additional payment options. You can visit any CVS, Dollar General, Speedway, Walmart, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or Walgreens location to make a payment. Simply present the Kubra EZ-PAY badge to the cashier, which can be found on the reverse side of your bill or through Kubra’s online bill pay portal. Please note that a $1.99 fee will be added to your bill for using this payment option.
You can also visit our customer walk-in center located at 2045 Route 112, Suite 5, Coram, NY 11727. Our walk-in center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 3:30pm.
Pay My Bill by Check
If you prefer to pay your bill by check, you can mail it to our payment processing center at PO Box 9044, Hicksville, NY 11802-9044. Please ensure that your check is made out to Suffolk County Water Authority and that your account number is clearly indicated on the check. This payment option may take longer to process, so please ensure that your payment is mailed well in advance of the due date.
Pay My Bill at a Designated Pay Station
SCWA has partnered with various pay stations to offer you additional payment options.
