For the hearing impaired, we also offer a TTY service at (631) 589-5210. Our call center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 8:00pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 4:30pm.

If you prefer to pay your bill in person, SCWA has partnered with various stores to offer you additional payment options. You can visit any CVS, Dollar General, Speedway, Walmart, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, or Walgreens location to make a payment. Simply present the Kubra EZ-PAY badge to the cashier, which can be found on the reverse side of your bill or through Kubra’s online bill pay portal. Please note that a $1.99 fee will be added to your bill for using this payment option.

You can also visit our customer walk-in center located at 2045 Route 112, Suite 5, Coram, NY 11727. Our walk-in center is open Monday through Friday from 8:30am to 4:30pm and on Saturdays from 8:00am to 3:30pm.

Pay My Bill by Check

If you prefer to pay your bill by check, you can mail it to our payment processing center at PO Box 9044, Hicksville, NY 11802-9044. Please ensure that your check is made out to Suffolk County Water Authority and that your account number is clearly indicated on the check. This payment option may take longer to process, so please ensure that your payment is mailed well in advance of the due date.
