As a customer of the Suffolk County Sewer District, you have several options when it comes to paying your bill. The SCWA offers a variety of payment methods that make it easy to pay your bill on time and avoid late fees. In this article, we’ll go over the different bill payment options available, so you can choose the one that works best for you.
Suffolk County Water Authority offers several methods for paying your bill
This allows you to pay your bill using a credit or debit card, or by linking your checking or savings account. This method is fast, secure, and available 24/7, making it a convenient choice for many customers.
Sign up for e-billing
Another option for customers is to sign up for e-billing. This service sends your bill directly to your email, so you don’t have to worry about missing a paper bill. With e-billing, you can also choose to have your payments automatically deducted from your checking or savings account or debit or credit card account. Additionally, e-billing allows you to view your account, view your current and past bills, view your payment history, check your historical consumption, and update your account information
Paying by Phone or in Person
If you prefer to pay your bill by phone, you can call SCWA Customer Service at (631) 698-9500. They are available Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 8:00 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm. Additionally, if you’re hearing impaired, you can use the TTY line at (631) 589-5210.
Another option is to pay your bill in person. You can visit any CVS, Dollar General, Speedway, Walmart, 7-Eleven, Family Dollar or Walgreens location, present the Kubra EZ-PAY badge to the cashier (located on the reverse side of your bill, or accessible on your mobile device through Kubra’s online bill pay portal) and pay there. Do note that a $1.99 fee will be added to your bill using this payment option. Another option is to visit the Customer Walk-In Center located at 2045 Route 112, Suite 5, Coram, NY 11727. Their hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 am – 4:30 pm and Saturday 8:00 am – 3:30 pm.
Paying by Check
You can also choose to pay your bill by sending a check to PO Box 9044, Hicksville, NY 11802-9044. Be sure to include your account number on the check to ensure proper credit.
Paying at a Designated Pay Station
Content: Customers can also pay their bills at any of the designated pay stations locations, including the Customer Walk-In Center.
The locations of pay stations include Bay Village Drug & Surgical, Cash Concepts, Inc, Check Cashing II, J & A Multiservices, Otto’s Stationary & Convenience Store, Renaissance Check Cashing, Salumed, Salumed Pharmacy Inc, United Check Cashers and United Check Cashing.
