How to login/access your account online
You can access your account online to make a payment, change payment options, see statement history, or change settings such as autopay.
Make a one-time payment online without signing in
Your Account Number and Token Number from your Invoice are required to process a one-time payment setup online.The account number is the full number (1234567-001), and it can be found where it says “account information” in the upper right corner of your bill.The 8-digit alphanumeric code at the bottom right corner of your bill is the token number.

Login to your account on https://www.sunpower.com/pay
In the Account Summary section or under Payments in the left side menu, click the Make a Payment box:
Choose your Payment Account in the dropdownTo set up your payment options if you don’t yet have an account, click “Click here to manage your Payment Accounts.”
Use the calendar to choose your payment date.
Click “Other Amount” and enter the total you wish to pay if you would like to make a payment that is different from the total amount due.
Click “Make a Payment” when you are prepared to make a payment.To stop the procedure, select “Cancel” from the menu.
How to Add/Manage Your Payment Accounts
On the left, under Payments, click Payment Accounts.
Choose which account you want to update in the center area, or click “Add Payment Account” to add a new payment account.
Fill out the bank account details in the pop-up box after clicking “Add Payment Account,” then click “Add Payment Account” when finished.
