The only payment option for Telstra Upfront Mobile or Data Plans is AutoPay.When you sign up for AutoPay, you configure automatic upfront monthly payments using the designated credit card, debit card, or bank account.When you pay with AutoPay, there are no processing or late payment fees.
Your service will also be canceled if you cancel your AutoPay. What happens if my AutoPay failed?
We won’t attempt to take the payment again if you receive notification that your AutoPay transaction has failed.
You’ll need to make a manual one-time payment, and you can only do so with a debit or credit card, not a bank account.
