To make a payment, please enter your Vivial account number and zip code on the payment page. Your account number can be found on your statement. If you need assistance or want to receive a payoff balance, please contact Vivial’s customer service department at 800-877-0475. You can make a one-time payment or set up automatic payments on the payment page. Vivial also offers the option to go paperless and receive your statements electronically.
Please select a payment method from the provided list. If you have saved a credit card or checking account on file with Vivial, it will appear in the list. If you do not have a payment method on file, select the type of account you wish to use and enter the necessary information. Please note that Vivial automatic payments will be debited from your account monthly on your billing anniversary day. Once you have selected a payment method and entered the necessary information, click “Continue” to proceed.
It is important to save the confirmation number of your payment for your records. This confirmation number will serve as proof of your payment and can be used for any future reference. Once you have completed your payment, you will be given a confirmation number. Please make sure to save this number in a safe place.
