Due to the current situation, all LADWP Customer Service Centers are closed to the public to reduce person-to-person contact. However, you can still make a payment in person by using the drop box located outside of the Customer Service Centers. Simply include your bill stub with your payment and drop it off in the designated box.

There are LADWP Customer Service Centers located in both the Los Angeles area and Owens Valley. These centers are open from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Los Angeles) or 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (Owens Valley) from Monday to Friday, and are closed on holidays.
