Online bill payment refund policy
Refunds are available for all transactions completed through Allina Health’s online bill pay.Call the Miscellaneous Billing Department at 612-262-4983 to make a payment cancellation request.
Once Allina Health System has identified the overpayment, Allina Health System will process the refund within 10 to 30 business days.
