  • In Person: Patient Financial Services operates three separate sites on the main campus to allow patients who choose to save postage and drop off payments in person. The locations are:
    • Financial Counseling, located in the Annenberg building 1468 Madison Avenue, MC level, Room 220
    • Main Cashier; located in the Guggenheim pavilion with entrances at 1190 Fifth Avenue (at E. 101st Street) and 1468 Madison Avenue
    • Financial Counseling, located on the first floor of the CAM Building, at 17 East 102nd Street
  • Patients should get in touch with Patient Financial Services by calling or stopping by their offices at the above-mentioned locations if they have questions about their bills or have been released from the hospital.
