Need to Change Your Payment Due Date? No Problem!
We believe in making the payment process as smooth as possible for our customers. That’s why we offer flexible payment due dates – you can move your payment two days forward or two days back.
Why Did My Monthly Premium Change?
If you’ve noticed a change in your monthly premium, it could be due to a missed or bounced payment, or a policy endorsement. If you have any questions about your policy, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer service team at 800-291-3972.
Can I Make a Late Payment?
We know life can be unpredictable, which is why we offer a 15-day grace period for all payments. Please note that a $20 late fee will be added to your payment if it is received after your due date. This fee applies to all payments except your annual renewal.
What Happens if My Policy is Cancelled?
If your policy is cancelled, you have 29 days from underwriting approval to reinstate it with a lapse in coverage. If your policy has been cancelled for more than 29 days, you can sign a no loss statement and pay all past due invoices upon underwriting approval.
