Payment for qualifying ACE screenings is available in any clinical setting where Medi-Cal fee-for-service billing or payments to network providers under a managed care plan take place. The following enrolled Medi-Cal provider types are qualified to receive payment for services rendered on or after January 1, 2020:
The provider must also be a network provider of a Medi-Cal managed care health plan billing for services rendered to a member of that health plan in order to be reimbursed through Medi-Cal managed care.
